We don't charge per user, or per location, or per alarm. You can have as many users and locations on your account as you wish. Instead, we charge per concurrent session per month. In other words, the rate you pay is based on the maximum number of people you have who will be lone working at any one time.
Subscription costs are:
for the first 2 concurrent sessions.
for every concurrent session thereafter.
For subscriptions where more than 20 concurrent sessions are required, then please get in contact as special pricing is available for higher quantities.
Price Example: If you had 10 people working alone at the same time, you would need a 10 concurrent session subscription. First two are £5, then £3 per session after equals £29.00 per month.

Note: The cost of text messages and phone calls made by the system are not included and charged separately. See below.
If you choose to enable text message reminders or alerts, we will charge you 6p per text message we send to your users.
If you choose to use phone call alerts, we will charge 6p per call to UK landlines (starting 01 and 02) and to UK Mobiles (starting 07).
It is not possible to send phone call alerts to other uk numbers or international numbers.
When all text message options are enabled, our system will typically send a text at the start of a lone working session, around 10 minutes before a check-in is due (to remind your worker), a confirmation text when your worker checks in by text, and when the lone working session ends.

We also include £1 worth of phone credit so you can get phone alerts and text messages through the trial, which will get rolled over onto your account should you choose to continue using the service. You will get full access to your own account dashboard and can set up upto 5 users.
A credit card is not required for the trial, but we reccomend you enter a payment method so you can continue using the service after the trial ends.
