Send the Alert's basic service is intended to raise automated alerts and send those alerts whoever you want within your orginisation, but the system cannot follow up once those alerts have been raised. It is up to you to ensure those alerts get acted upon.
If you worry about having the means of being able to deal with a lone worker alarms, especially when you have individuals working alone out-of-hours, then our Managed Response Service is the solution for you.
With this service, whenever a lone worker alarm is raised, it is sent to our team for follow up. Our team work 24 hours a day, and will manage the response to the lone worker alarm on your behalf to ensure every lone worker alarm gets followed up.
How we manage your alarms
In the first instance, our team will try to get hold of your worker to check they are ok. If they are unable to get a response, then they will look at other means at getting help to your worker, which may include calling neigbours, sending a key-holder, or if absolutely necessary, contacting the emergency services.
In short, we do whatever it takes to make sure your worker is safe.
